Hot Potato Comedy Club starts the New Year how they mean to go on – stellar line-ups, familiar TV faces, top-quality comedy and one of the best audiences about, all under one roof!

Hot Potato legend and improv- extraordinaire Matt Reed has been brought in to take on MC duties for the year’s first instalment of Hot Potato.

Lloyd Langford is no stranger to TV or radio. His TV appearances include Q.I, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Russell Howard's Good News – the list goes on! He’s also penned jokes for 8 out of 10 Cats, Mock the Week, Live at the Apollo and many more. So, a pretty impressive CV then.

Broadcaster and comedian Ian Stone was ranked amongst the top ten stand-ups in Britain by The Independent. Topical, edgy and provocative – Ian is known for his plethora of incredibly funny and finely-crafted material.

Ian is a member of the Comedy Store's critically acclaimed 'Cutting Edge' team, he has appeared on and written for a number of TV shows - and just about every BBC radio station that ever existed.

Yorkshire comedian Pete Selwood started strongly in the world of stand-up – making it to the finals of both the Hilarity Bites and Hot Water new comedian competitions as well as the final of Echo Comedian of the Year in 2016.
