Hot Potato Comedy Club September
A mix of familiar telly faces and the best comics up and down the land. Chuck in pretty much one of the coolest retro bars we’ve seen in ages and, quite frankly, one of the best audiences you’ll find anywhere – it all adds up to a fantastic Saturday night.
Hot Potato livewire Danny McLoughlin gets our brand-new autumn season off to flying start tonight, hosting a typically ace line-up of Geoff Norcott, Phil Walker and Simon Wozniak.
He’s already making waves on BBC2’s Mash Report, and Geoff Norcott is about to star in the brand-new series of Live At The Apollo. You might also have seen him supporting the likes of Katherine Ryan and Kevin Bridges, so we’re in for a real treat here.
“A comedian with a big future ahead of him.” The Mirror.
“Norcott is an absolute tonic.” The Telegraph.
Following in the footsteps of the likes of Peter Kay & Steve Coogan by being voted North West Comedian of the Year, a keen eye for spotting the stranger things in life has made Phil Walker a popular headliner at all the best comedy clubs up and down the land.
“Crackling good.” Chortle.
Don’t miss a ten-minute special from hotly-tipped newcomer Simon Wozniak, and strap yourselves in for a top night here.
Small print thingy: Line-ups occasionally subject to change. Not for the easily offended. 18+
