Comedy fans have a spookily funny Saturday coming up, with Hartlepool’s Hot Potato Comedy Club all set for a Halloween Special!

A scarily good line-up stars London Comedy Store regulars John Fothergill and Roger Monkhouse, the hotly-tipped Rahul Kohli, and Freddy Quinne as MC.

And Saturday night comedy fans are being encouraged to raid their ghoulish wardrobes and enjoy the gig in fancy dress, with a prize for the spookiest snappy dresser on the night.

Peter Vincent of promoters Ten Feet Tall said: “Not only do we have a scarily good line-up here, we can’t wait to see how the audience dress up for the night.

“Roger Monkhouse is a proper legend on the comedy circuit both at home & abroad, and John Fothergill is a popular support for the likes of Kevin Bridges.

“That’s two cracking headliners right there. We also know you’ll love Rahul Kohli."
