tea@Hart is Hartlepool’s first tearoom and games shop that offers customers a chance to relax and enjoy one of over 30 varieties of tea as well as a selection of wonderful homemade cakes and treats and light meals, all freshly prepared on the premises to give you an excellent dining experience in vintage surroundings.tea@Hart offer some of the finest locally sourced foods and ingredients from across the North East, offering a range of freshly made sandwiches and paninis as well as seasonal soups, jacket potatos and the popular tea@Hart platter, which inclues the finest cheeses from the Parlour Made Dairy in Sedgefield, freshly baked artisan bread and local favourites Morrell's pork pies. At the centre of the menu is the amazing afternoon tea stand.  Enjoy a range of freshly prepared finger sandwiches, a choice of fruit scone with freshly whipped cream and jam (or a cheese scone for those with a more savoury tooth), and a selection of miniature desserts including the famous tea@Hart cake pops.  All this is served with your choice of tea or coffee, or if you are having a special celebration why not add a bottle of Prosecco?tea@Hart pride themselves on catering competently for special dietary requirements offering gluten free, dairy free and vegan menu options every day.  Afternoon tea stands can be prepared with a day’s notice to meet special dietary requirements.There is a first floor function room available for hire which seats up to 25 people, for more information about booking the room and offers available, please contact Jeni Hart on 07981227669.
