Hartlepool's main library with an extensive range of books and computers with free access to the internet. Childrens area with activities and books for all ages. The library also offers various daytime activities for all ages.Computer and Internet AccessFree unlimited Wi-Fi access is available in this library.Computer and internet access is available in this library for a small annual payment.(Please note, computers are automatically shut-down 15 minutes before closing time.)Access to the computers in all libraries is initially for 1 hour per person per day. This may be extended up to a maximum of 3 hours per day, at the discretion of the staff.  This time-limit does not apply to access to the Internet via our Wi-Fi service, which is unlimited.This venue is a supporter of the Arts Award programme, for futher information, click here.
