Set just a mile away from the mining village of Blackhall, the location of Hardwicke Hall feels remote and peaceful, perfect for couples wanting a quiet weekend away from the city all the way to a wedding reception, but with Hartlepool just a 10 minute drive down the road, it's more than ideal for a family break, and with 3 bus services going to and from Blackhall to Hartlepool along the scenic Coast Road, travel is no issue.

The Hotel boasts a very resonable restaurant, which serves up high quality food at reasonable prices annd is also open to the public. Serving up carvery lunches through the week and a full 3 course Sunday Lunch (booking required) every Sunday with an evening menu on weekdays from 5pm - 6:30pm, each menu coming with a huge variety of starters, mains and desserts, there's something for everyone.
